New CTP entry positions the CG lower and deeper, giving the club a slightly higher, but penetrating trajectory. Strategic CG Position – The CG is positioned further back on the long irons to further forward on the short irons.
This creates a higher trajectory in the long irons and a more penetrating, controlled trajectory in the short irons relative to the S59 iron model. Dual Depth Cavities – By creating a thicker cavity on the toe and a thinner cavity on the heel, the CG is moved away from the hosel toward the center of the face creating a solid feel on center-hit shots.
Slightly Wider Sole
New sole design makes this club more forgiving by transitioning through the turf easier and slightly increasing the moment of inertia of the entire club. Vertical Stabilizing Bar – Increases the stability of the face giving enhanced feel on center shots.
Traditional Blade Appearance – Thin top line, compact head and brushed finish blend together to create a clean look preferred by better golfers. Patented Hosel Notch Hosel notch controls the bend point for precise loft and lie adjustments. 703 Grip – Rubber grip has 703 shaped patterns giving the grip a soft textured feel in the fingers.
